3CY Named as Charitable Beneficiary of Calvert Arts Festival

Calvert Collaborative for Children and Youth; Project Echo; Community Ministry of Calvert County; the Child Advocacy Center; and Patuxent Habitat for Humanity have been designated as the beneficiaries of Calvert Arts Festival 2018, May 12, 2018.  The amount each of the Festival’s beneficiaries will receive is directly related to attendance.  Admission is free and we encourage everyone to come join the fun.  There will be dozens of juried, one-of-a-kind art and handcrafts vendors, music, entertainment, activities for children and their families, delicious food, as well as tastings from local vineyards and craft brewers. Those who wish to participate in tasting may do so for a donation of $15. This year the Festival’s theme focuses on the beginnings of Calvert County, with colonial games, reenactments, and other colonial activities. All are invited to wear something reminiscent of colonial times, if they would like.  For further information, including tasting ticket discounts, go to www.allsaints1692.org or Facebook.
